Overview
Triad Healthcare Solutions is an SBA-approved Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between Third Eye Business Solutions, LLC (Protégé) and ASI (Mentor), formed to deliver comprehensive healthcare staffing, medical research, and clinical operations support across the federal government.
Third Eye Business Solutions (3E) is an SBA-certified 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and HUBZone firm headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana. The company was founded by Bridget LaFleur and Kim Bahrami, two respected leaders within the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Department of Defense (DoD) healthcare community. Together, they bring more than five decades of experience in military health operations, clinical program management, and enterprise medical modernization.
Their careers include directing major initiatives in telehealth and teleradiology across deployed environments, managing healthcare staffing programs at multiple Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), and leading enterprise quality and readiness efforts across TRICARE regions. Their experience also spans revenue cycle management, medical claims processing, and beneficiary operations—key functions that ensure continuity, accuracy, and efficiency in military healthcare delivery.
Through Triad Healthcare Solutions, the leadership of 3E is paired with ASI’s proven infrastructure for managing large-scale, multi-site healthcare contracts. Together, the partners bring the capability, experience, and compliance framework to deliver innovative, mission-aligned solutions that support medical readiness, financial integrity, and operational excellence across the federal healthcare enterprise.
