Establishing Reopening Plans for Military Bases, State and Local Government Offices

In light of the global spread of COVID-19, we wanted to reassure you that ASI and its subsidiaries are assessing the situation daily, remaining vigilant, and following all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities. As the situation continues to evolve and the final impact remains unknown, we are committed to protecting the health and well-being of our employees and our customers and are working with our customers to determine and establish reopening plans.

COVID-19 Screening Services
We are working with our customers to determine and establish reopening plans for military bases, state and local government offices. Our COVID-19 screening services include:
• temperature checks of employees and visitors who enters into building
• scanning patient’s lab results into computers
• taking chest x-rays as ordered by a physician

Chest X-rays
We follow the rules and regulations established for Radiology Technician board of licensing including:
• Controlling x-ray equipment and adjust controls to set exposure factors, such as time and distance
• Using beam-restrictive devices and patient-shielding techniques to minimize radiation exposure to patient and staff
• Positioning a patient and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum view of specific body area as requested by physician
• Providing privacy to client during procedure and explain procedure to patients to reduce anxieties and obtain cooperation
• Maintaining high customer service and reducing client waiting time

Contact Tracing
We have trained contract tracing professionals in our database—some of which are contact tracing certified thorough John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health contact tracing training program.

Clinical and Non-clinical Counseling Services
Our team contacts affected people without delay to
assess the risk, act quickly and monitor results.
We utilize:
• robotics and artificial intelligence
• telemedicine digital platform
• calling patients for follow up appointments
• mobile delivery of medication throughout the community
